Wherever you are on your life journey, it is important to find someone who can resonate with your journey. Someone who is personable yet willing to challenge you to help facilitate grownth.

I have an eclectic background with a wide range of experiences and interests. My counselling approach is integrative, drawing on several modalities including: CBT, Gestalt, Psychodynamic, Internal Family Systems, Transactional Analysis and Existential therapy. After compelting an MSc in Counselling, I worked as a therapist and later as Service Manager of a local counselling service.
I am also a professional musician and work with lots of musicians experiences mental health challenges as a result of their work. I do not, however, offer music therapy.

I have a specific interest in existential approaches, informed by the writings if Kierkegaard, Buber, Jaspers and others. Similarly, I often discuss psychodynamic aproaches with my clients; drawing on post-freudian psychoanalysts.

Many clients come to me with questions pertaining to theology and philosophy of religion. I am particularly drawn to Thomistic theology and work to address some of life's most challenging dilemmas through this philosophical lense.

I am accredited to with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).
